Tanaw Explorer Terms and Conditions:
1. Tanaw Explorer:
Tanaw Explorer refers to the outdoor adventure and exploration service provider.
2. Deposit for Slot Reservation:
A deposit is required to reserve a slot for any Tanaw Explorer event or activity.
3. Advance Booking:
It is advisable to book in advance to secure a slot for the desired activity. Walk-in participants may be accommodated based on availability, but priority will be given to those who have made advance bookings.
4. Leave No Trace Principle:
Tanaw Explorer adheres to the Leave No Trace principle, which encourages responsible outdoor practices to minimize environmental impact. Participants are expected to respect nature, preserve wildlife habitats, and leave the environment as they found it.
5. Right to Cancel Event:
Tanaw Explorer reserves the right to cancel an event or activity in the event of inclement weather or if the minimum required number of participants is not met. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided.
6. Minimum and Maximum Quantity per Van:
a. Joiners: 11 pax to 14 pax.
b. Exclusive/Private Tour: A minimum of 11 pax or an amount equivalent to 11 pax is required for an exclusive or private tour.
7. Deposit Refund and Transfer:
If Tanaw Explorer cancels an event or activity, any deposit paid by participants will be fully refundable or transferable to another event or activity, as per the participant’s preference.
8. Forfeiture of Deposit:
Participants who withdraw from an event or activity must notify Tanaw Explorer at least two days prior to the scheduled date. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and the participant may be required to pay the full package fee. Participants who withdraw on the day of the event will also forfeit their deposit and may be liable for the full package fee.
By participating in any Tanaw Explorer event or activity, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Tanaw Explorer reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
